Overall good impression, this is a nice place for a group to stay with plenty of beds and a large common space.Two cons which pulled down the rating:1) The hot tub was inoperable during our stay, which was a disappointment given that it was a eagerly anticipated item for the group. I did get the 150 hot tub fee refunded, but be warned that the hot tub is known to be finicky and without further investment from the owners it may not be operable during any given stay.2) The twin beds in the downstairs room definitely should be replaced with better mattresses, it would greatly improve the experience for people sleeping in that room.
