"Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. "

"Owner was the most responsive of any I've ever worked with. He did his best to work on a few issues we had with the unit- not having parking permits, TV/ fireplace or their remotes not working. He responded multiple times, almost immediately each time, even while overseas. The place was clean with decent beds and in a perfect location.
