And Kenzie was so helpful in sorting out a problem with Vrbo, not of our making! And then when I couldn't find the property she immediately responded and helped me find it. Would totally recommend. "The house is nice and was just what we needed for our stay, but the host via Vrbo failed to provide necessary information. We weren't provided with the lockbox code, or the wifi code, we had no access to heating, so had to request it to be turned o and off each time whch was not convenient with children who wake very early. The oven could do with a clean and they really need some oven trays. There were several missing light bulbs in the living area. The cot was not set up. The hosts did aswer...
