OK but I will not return
We were asked to pay 5EUR to have gas connected to the kitchen stove, which felt akward while I paid 100 EUR per each night for the stay.
The reason given was that it was not promissed in the offer. Well that should be a standard nobody has to ask for really.
Also when I asked about latest possible checkout time I was given an aswer with time 30 minutes shorter than the actual offer. There was no room given to stay even 30 minutes longer. It was not a problem in any other place in Italy to stay 1 or even 2 hours more, but here at 10.30 sharp I had the owners standing at the doorstep to start cleaning. Such small details don't make you feel welcome.
On the other hand the place was clean and the owner was nice and used google translate to communicate.
What I did not like was the lack of google coordinates being sent. Instead I was given a facebook link to what turned out to be wrong coordinates and when I called, a lady was trying to show me over a video chat where is the entrance to the house by showing a piece of an asphalt road and then sending me a picture of how the gate looks like...'really helpfull'...
Instead correct gps coordinates would be enough in the first place.
On the nice note the owner let us use his beach umbrella for no extra charge.
