"The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. "

I reached the hotel 7am about , the warmth displayed by Kimberly made me feel awake, like fresh blue mountain coffee, she efficiently and expeditiously was able to get me a room so I could be well rested. This is my second visit to Kapok hotel in 3 months and yes I will return. The housekeeping team , Amitra,who without hesitation got me a coffee maker as I prefer brewed coffee over instant. Kudos. Kapok is the place, close to the Savana for a nice stroll ,sit on one of the many benches and have a jelly coconut. Krave as usual big things, and I won’t forget the pizza I have on my first nite. Didn’t eat all, maybe they could consider selling/doing slices. Visit sweet tnt,stay at kapok,walk around the Savanah, a small plaza also close by where u can get other stuff. Just do it . "
