"One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back."

"War alles sehr schön. Lage und Haus sind besser als in der Beschreibung. Ausreichender Pool und Freizeitmöglichkeit vor Ort. Wanderungen und Strandbesuche am gleichen Tag ...einfach perfekt! Tolle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung möglich (Rafting, Flying Fox..). Sehr netter Vermieter !!"

"We had a wonderful week here. Our highlight was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped, wifi strong throughout and beds comfy. The owner lives nearby, and was available on WhatsApp when we needed him (new coffee machine). I would suggest the owner could be a little more generous with his guests (he did not leave enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets or laundry soap) and that he should buy some plastic (pool-safe) cups and bowls. Also, when we visited (Aug)...

"We had an amazing time there. It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was in excellent condition, it's a fantastic location, with incredible views away from the business of Omis but close enough if you want to be part of the buzz. "There was a noisy construction site in front of the hotel. The entire beach area in front of the hotel was under renovation and closed. I hoped that there would had been a better info about that. Luckily there was an open beach within walking distance."
