"Pool war nicht beheizt obwohl das vereinbart wurde (Pool konnte daher nicht genutzt werden).Vermieter hat sich für Montagmorgen angekündigt und ist dann doch nicht erschienen (Wir haben mehrere Stunden gewartet).Wir hatten einen halben Tag kein Wasser wegen Bausrbeiten und das wurde uns auch nicht vorab kommuniziert."
