"The amenities on Travelocity site does not match the amenities Vacasa sends to you after you book. No washer, no (working?) central heating (1 electric oil heater on wheels provided). Safety lists deadbolt lock but only 2 of 5 doors have a deadbolt, 2 doors have no locks or latches. Several windows also don't have locks. "The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again."

"As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. "
