"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a lovely stay at this place. It was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to explore local attractions. We did st Ives ,Newquay. "Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. "

"Garden Cottage is a well-designed small property. It's set in a beautiful garden of calm and tranquillity. We stayed for 5 nights, visiting various places on the Lizard peninsula and also Trebah Garden. Owners Matt and Louise were very helpful. They also provided lots of literature about the area and maps of local walks. "
