"Stunning views from every window, and the balcony was beautiful. The apartment itself had everything needed, and was lovely and clean. Giorgia was a great host. Very communicative, gave us lots of tips on how to enjoy the area and she made sure everything was perfect for us. She even texted to check we were enjoying ourselves during the stay. The only improvement would be to improve the comfort of the sofa bed as the mattress wasn't the best.We had a gorgeous time! Would definitely book again,...

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. "Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. "

"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"
