"Al día siguiente a mi llegada les comunique que el frigorífico no funcionaba y que la caldera de calefacción y agua caliente se ponía fuera de servicio constantemente. El problema de la caldera lo solucionaron siete días después de mi llegada y el frigorífico nunca funcionó y estuve alojado 9 noches. "Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad."

"Really loved staying in this studio - I booked it specifically to avoid hot and noisy hotels, especially as it was a heatwave when I stayed. The accommodation was quiet and spacious with plenty of windows for fresh air, and it was more like a 1 bed flat than a studio - I loved having full kitchen facilities. It was fantastic all round. The only thing I would add is tea bags, as I was surprised there weren't any provided.... But that's the Brit in me, so this is did not reduce my high rating for...

"First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue.
