"What a beautiful apartment! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was a couple of mins walk. And was a joy to walk along every evening. We found the apartment well located to explore Cornwall. And it was a very short drive to Newquay for any supplies you need. Could not recommend more. The staff were delightful and helpful "

"We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed."

"Having stayed in Grooms cottage this year and Keepers cottage last year, I would highly recommend this holiday destination. Not only did the cottages have everything you need the manager was very prompt with a few queries I had. A lovely place to get away from it all."

"The apartment is perched on a hill directly overlooking the sea with amazing views. It's a short walk into town but a tough walk back up, but not too bad. The parking space is ridiculously narrow for anything other than a small car but the visitors spaces were always free. Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of eth country."

"Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. "

"Amazing house, stunning views and Anne is a very responsive owner. We and our 8 adult guests had a fabulous time. The house is spacious and airy and is everything you could want from a very large seafront home. Real bonus to all have an en suite bathroom. Caterers came in to cook a 50th wedding anniversary dinner, which was amazing. Perfect venue for a large friends or family gathering."
