"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "

"The room was not clean enough, no rug in the kitchen and bathroom door so we bought 2 and leave it for future guest to use. Aircon is not cold enough and no clothes dryer."

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."
