It’s hard to contact anyone during initial communications as I had some last minute issues on my end that would affect my stay, instead of responding within at least 2-3 business days, I had to wait for a week or so or go through agent to help me notify the property about my message.
The room was fine. Basic stuff like microwave, stove, refrigerator, pans, plates, and utensils were provided in the property, which is nice. The bidet is available but had a problem with it so we end up not using it. I contacted the property about this problem but got no proper response that addressed the issue.
The pool is paid to use, which I didn’t mind paying for, but I felt like this information should be included on the information as it caught us by surprise.
There is no instruction on how to get the stub to access the pool on the check-in information.
My issue is honestly communication, otherwise everything is good.
