Traverse City Beach Condo

Great Location!Beach was amazing and area is very safe. You can even walk down the beach to a few restaurants. Would highly recommend for the area and beach. Great communication with management company as well. Very fast to respond with a question.

Lovely location

Great little condo. Perfect location, very clean, great communication… it all worked. Only little hiccup…I use a rollator and bedroom was a little snug. Otherwise, it was suited us just fine. Has the best sunrises.

23rd Anniversary

Property was just as advertised . Enjoyed our 5 night stay immensely. Enjoyed the region up to Leeland , and then Petosky as well . Would reccomend them to all.Weather was cold and windy with rain , but otherwise very enjoyable .

Cute condo

Great first level condo right on the beach. Great location close to downtown, very clean and well kept. Only complaint was bed is very firm and upstairs people walking around was very loud at times. Someone banged on the door in the middle of the night our last night there but it was St. Patrick’s day weekend and nothing more happened so mostly a great stay.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

We went to TC for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The condo was incredibly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was also centrally located and within miles of places we wanted to go to such as the Catholic Church and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here during the warmer months when we can really appreciate the water!!

TC Beachside Holiday Getaway

We frequent the TC area often to visit family members and friends. This post-Christmas visit was to celebrate the holiday and New Year and we opted to stay on the bay to reflect on our challenging year and set the tone for 2025. From the welcoming gifts of local coffee and wine to the responsiveness of our host, we had a lovely stay. We hope to return when warmer and take advantage of the glorious bay. Thanks again!

Family vacation

I have nothing poor to say about this location. All communication from the host is well thought out and thorough as far as check in and check out instructions. The unit is overall well equipped for cooking meals. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is large. The largest draw for us is walking directly onto the beach- especially with kids. There is a boat/ jet ski/ kayak and paddle board rental company within steps as well. Katy is extremely responsive if she is contacted, and we were impressed in our interactions with her. Overall, this vacation was nothing but positive for us.

PERFECT location for our family!

My kids love the beach but can get bored after awhile, so hexing the pool available was PERFECT. We up spending more time at the property than we had planned bc of how beautiful the beach was and ease of switching over to the pool if the kids got bored. We LOVED that there were so many other families too! Our kids were excited to make friends and have other kids to play with. I'd highly recommend this location!

Perfect little condo in great location!

We enjoyed our time here! The perfect location, and far away enough from downtown- especially during the cherry festival! 🍒 The condo decor was so cute & coastal- the beach and pool were awesome, kids loved it. Having laundry was a nice addition! It was odd to be on vacation and not be able to grill, but we made due. 😃 Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Loved it!

Location was absolutely perfect - beach out the back door, pool out the front door, short drive/bike ride to downtown traverse city. We had an absolute blast! Condo was great - clean and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo was so beautiful inside. It had everything you needed for a week stay. The views to the lake was breathtaking!!!! I absolutely loved this condo and i plan on staying again in the future! Cozy beach stay

This is our second stay in this unit and it was great for our family of four. The kids love being able to just run out on the beach at a moment’s notice and I like that they can still be seen from inside. Having access to a pool/hot tub area was also beneficial since the weather was a bit cooler than expected during our stay. Katy and the team have the unit well-stocked, and the in-unit washer/dryer are very helpful for staying on top of sandy laundry. The location is very convenient on US-31 and makes for a quick trek to downtown, though there is some road noise with the stoplight. Earplugs are available for use, and we use a white noise app on our phones so it’s not enough to offset all the other great features of this unit. We hope to be back again!

Family Trip

We had a great time! Kathy was a wonderful host and responded very quickly regarding anything we needed. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Extra towels, blankets, all kitchen items you could need. Only thing I didn’t love was the back porch bushes. Lots of bugs and over growing bushes as we tried to walk out. But easy fix but some people love that look. I’m just not a big nature person. I have no complaints about anything else. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank you Kathy for allowing us in your home and being such a great host. We definitely made some wonderful family memories over Father’s Day weekend. We can wait to return.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The attention to detail that was invested in the unit was incredible. We can't wait to visit again. Hopefully for a longer stay in the area.
