Angus's Spring Time Stay

Fantastic Views of East Grand Traverse Bay! This 1st floor Condo provides easy access to the beach. I loved being able to take my wife, Holly, who has Parkinson Disease in her beach wheel chair for rides along the beach's water edge.The layout of this Condo including bathroom and bedroom was perfect for Holly and I.

Beautiful spot

We had a great time at this condo! The view is beautiful! Even though it was cold and snowy, it was very cozy. I would love to stay here again.

Great place!

We truly loved this condo, the location, and the open communication with the host! We woke up on 12/29 to find a beautiful Bald Eagle standing on the beach,beach, 50nfeet from the patio. We will be going back!door.

Great view

Nice view of the lake. Property is nicely maintained & has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The only issue we had was maintaining water temperature in the shower.

Beautiful Vacation !

Unit is really nice! It had all that we needed and then some. The HVAC wasn't working when we arrived, but the host (Katy) addressed the repair and was very responsive. Stunning view, plenty of beach to keep kids busy and great pool and hot tub. Would stay there again :)

The Beach

The condo was great! Right on the beach. Close proximity to downtown. Very cozy interior. The only issue was a slight mold problem in the kitchen above the microwave. The smell got worse throughout our stay. Seemed to be from condensation. I informed the management company and they assured me it would be addressed. We stayed in the same condos 2 years ago (not the same unit) and had a good experience.

Perfect Beach Gem in Traverse City

My husband and I really enjoyed this perfect beach condo right on Lake Michigan. The condo was spacious and the bed & pillows were super comfy. Check in was a breeze, as we got there late in the evening. Katy was easy to communicate with. We really appreciated the warm welcome with a delicious bottle of wine! Located right on Hwy. 31, you could get to anything you needed to. And we loved the hot tub after a long day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The location of our property was perfect! What beautiful scenery to wake up to. The decor was very beachy and everything we needed to cook was there, including extra blankets, pillows and they even had beach towels. Being able to walk right out to the beach was so nice. Our second day we had issues with no hot water but the owner was very responsive and had a maintance person on site within a few hours fixing the problem. The condo site is making some updates to the property and one day we were woken up to a maintenance man hammering siding to the wall outside were the bedroom is in. We thought someone was knocking on the door. Maybe communication should be made to wait till after 9am to start repairs. Guest are on vacation and may be sleeping in. Also, just a suggestion of doing some dusting in the living room. We noticed spider webs on the ceiling. Overall we had a pleasant stay and fun time in TC.

Anniversary Trip

This was a great little trip my husband and I took for our anniversary. We loved the condo. It was just as described and Katy the property manager was more than accommodating. We had a lovely time!

Great Long Weekend

The condo was very clean and updated. It is in a great location, close to everything. You can't beat the views for the sunrise and sunset. We went in the fall and it wasn't too crowded for loud. Highly recommend.
