"Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. "My room was super clean. Everything worked. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff were lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Parking was free 4.30pm to 8 am + you get 2 hours free which means you can park until 10am. After that you may be lucky enough to get a hotel parking space or they may be able to get you a permit."

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "
