Clean amenities and comfortable bed. Each room as everythinbg I needed as an overnight stay. Shared toilet and showers but never had any drams with this.

Lovely well maintained property, very spacious room, coffee and tea in bedroom. Breakfast provided with adequate choice. Very friendly staff, quiet street with ample parking. No noise from the other rooms, bathroom amenities more than adequate and very well maintained. I will stay there again.

Great stay in Toowoomba, close to the city. Walking distance to The Irish Club. Huge room, everything you need for a quick overnight or even a long weekend.

In a leafy older suburb quite close to town center. An old building that has been slightly chaotically extended but the room was clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower was a bit hard to get flowing at a constant temperature. Breakfast is basic help yourself cereal, toast and coffee but a bonus for that price. Staff were helpful and friendly. Off street parking. Overall excellent value for money.

This guesthouse was quiet and calm. Staff and guests were friendly and it included breakfast. Cleanliness was great. I would love to stay here again

At first glance, the room appeared to be relatively clean but it was a terrifying shock to discover cockroaches in the room and the staff did absolutely nothing. One of the beds looked caved in with a permanent dip in the middle. The staff was also dressed unprofessionally in stained t-shirts and the "free breakfast" was terrible with little to no selection, basically just old toast and cereal and with some of the worst, watery coffee I have ever tasted. There was some questionable, disgusting-looking food in containers in the fridge that were for sale and copious Buddhist propaganda in the guest rooms and in the reception area. Definitely would not stay here again.

Great place to stay with big rooms and great value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and shared bathrooms were super clean. Will definitely return.

Comfortable room with good reverse cycle air conditioning (we needed the heating as it was cold in Toowoomba while we were there).

Easy entry once we realised the key would open any of the entry doors. Room was clean and spacious. Good beds to sleep in. DIY breakfast was handy in a clean communal kitchen.
