"The property and garden are perfect if you have a dog. If you don’t , its clean and not at all doggy! We’ve visited several times and love it. Good proximity to an unspoiled beach and Rye nature reserve."

"Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. "

"The stables was in an ideal location for exploring East Sussex and Kent with lots of nearby attractions. The White Hart inn next door is a family owned village pub with lots of character, good beer and food. The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The open kitchen /longe was very well equipped with the added bonus of French windows onto a small patio area with outside seating. Very difficult to find any faults as is highly recommended we would certainly stay here again."

"You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit."

"Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. Also, lovely Rye with it's eateries & quirky shops. Will definitely consider a...

"Our only negative is the location of the property on a major road... difficult to get out with the traffic. Otherwise this house is a gem and the reviews do it justice - spacious, well appointed, everything you need, great for visiting surrounding areas. Shame we came in winter and couldn't also enjoy the fabulous garden too!"
