"The contact person was rude. Did not respond to email. No hot water. The bedrooms smelled like bad body odor and carpet in both bedrooms were stained and dirty, when we arrived it was cold and we had to figure out how to use heating system. There was no binder or instructions for guests. Do not stay they do not value guests here. Very unfriendly."

"Wir haben das Appartement für 4 Erwachsene gebucht. Wichtig waren für uns die 2 Badezimmer. Das war so vorhanden. Ein Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank und das Badezimmer mit DU extra Badewanne / Waschbecken und WC war direkt verbunden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten ist klein. Hat keinen Kleiderschrank und wenig Platz. Wir waren mit meinen Eltern über 80 Jahre. Den Kleiderschrank im grösseren Zimmer mussten wir uns teilen. Schade dass wir das...

"Unique location ...close to Loch Ness boat tours, gas station/grocery about 2 blocks away and variety of restaurants. I recommend The Bothy for dinner. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues....up multiple flights of stairs...you should move on. Communication was great and arrival instructions clear. Combo washer and dryer was the only negative experience we had...instructions were left but had never used one before and couldn't get the hang of it....surely my error."

Lots of nice welcoming touches and the owners responded quickly to request for information. Good shower over the deep bath but it’s a bit slippery and a couple of grab rails and a non slip mat would improve safety for those with mobility issues wanting to immerse themselves in a soothing...

"We recently stayed at Highland Club in The Sacristy. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved the location and facilities on offer at The Highland Club. The Sacristy is a gorgeous apartment and has been decorated beautifully but it was let down by one thing - the shower! We weren’t able to use it for the whole week we stayed there which was a huge disappointment as it is a beautiful bathroom. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between. This was never able to be fixed...
