We received one phone call from you but you hung up after we gave you the information and we thought this was resolved at that time. If you had called back or stayed on the line we could have resolved this much sooner. I think there was some miscommunication here as well. オクサヤカ様、ご滞在をいただきありがとうございました。書いた３件のことなんですが、ご説明をいただけませんか。どうして使えなかったのでしょうか。チェックインの前・アウトの後には管理者が電球と洗濯機を使ったりして問題は全然ありませんでした。それに鍵が入ってなかったことはどう言う意味でしょうか。２２日（掃除の時）写真で入れたことを確認致しました。チェックインの前は再度確認致しました。鍵が入ってないとしたらお部屋に入ることができませんで、直接サポートの連絡が必要なる状況ですが、そういう連絡が来なかったのですが、鍵がなかったらどうやってお部屋に入りましたのでしょうか。ご返信をお待ちしております。ご迷惑をおかけ致しまして、申し訳ありませんでした。宜しくお願い致します。
