"Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable. "Hotel en zona de Piccadilly, es un hotel con encanto pero a mí me tocó una habitación sin ventanas solo tenía un tragaluz, suerte que hacía frío y no me hizo falta el aire condicionado. Me llamó la atención que no tienen “servicio de limpieza “ como tal , dicen que ser un poco “ecológicos” solo pasan hacer las habitaciones cuando la dejas . La única pega que podría poner es que los recepcionistas del hotel no hablan Español, creo que sería bueno que hablaran más idiomas a parte de inglés ya que es un hotel y reciben gente de todo el mundo . Pero aún así fuero muy amable y me ayudaron con todo."
