"This a great location in Newport. It is such a walkable city and this location is VERY walkable for restaurants, sight-seeing and just exploring! A nice breakfast was included with our reservation and was made to order. No self-serve room with numerous chafing dishes of dried out scrambled eggs, super greasy bacon and toasters or waffle irons that you operate yourself. Our bed was very comfortable and the room charming! The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. "

It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! "
