Cozy and charming!

The perfect place to stay the night before a cruise with two moms and two teens, although I wish we had more time to enjoy this wonderful home! Shawn has many thoughtful touches throughout, including having lamps and fireplace lit to welcome you. He came over and introduced himself, so kind and welcoming. The games and dining guide were also much appreciated. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Great spot!

The house was a comfortable spot to land each afternoon/evening, and easily felt like home for us. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the quiet neighborhood felt safe (mom & child), and the house had everything we needed. We never made it to a beach, but beach supplies were available and looked to be in great shape. I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning coffee on the enclosed porch each day. It was a peaceful, cozy spot to relax, listen to the birds, and enjoy the light breeze before my child awoke. Thank you for a great stay! I can whole-heartedly recommend this house to others.

Central location for everything

Small but adequate for all our needs. We were there for photographing birds and an unexpected opportunity to photograph a night launch from the cape.The owners were great and did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage in Titusville

Property is exactly as pictured & described. Very clean; comfy king bed & couches; big soft thirst bath towels :) Host very friendly & accommodating. Property close to everything…Merritt Island NWR, Kennedy SpaceCenter (2-day pass worth every penny) & Orlando Wetlands were some of our favorites. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone planning to spend time on the Space Coast.

Very Close to lift off viewing area. You can walk there.

Seen a daytime SpaceX launch from the end of the street this quaint/cute cottage is on. Host was fabulous. He had the Fireplace on and the Christmas tree lit when we arrived. I would highly recommend Shawn & Anne’s rental to anyone. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. Bath Towels very nice as well. Please don’t hesitate to rent this place, short to long term!

Family togetherness

Sometimes life happens and we get to buys to have family nights. This place gave us just that. Not only were they accepting of pets, they are our family but it was a great family weekend. This place had so many board games to have that family moment to play, to reconnect and to put away the phones. It was a great place to stay if you want to check out the ocean, and Kennedy space center.

Great home away from home!

The property owners Shawn and Anne are absolutely wonderful! And their home was perfect for my mom and pets to come stay! We came down to see my 1st grandbaby (and my mom’s 36th grand baby!) so we were out a lot from the house but when we were there it had EVERYTHING we needed! Thank you both so much!

Perfect for our family

Great place for us to stay & visit with local grandparents before our cruise. Loved the big fluffy towels & all the board games. Owner was very communicative & helpful. The screened in porch was a perfect place to relax in.

Space coast

We enjoyed being centrally located to a number of near by towns. Melbourne, New Smyrna, and of course Cocoa beach, village and town. We were able to witness 7 space launches, along with a visit to Kennedy Space Center. (A bucket list item). La Cita was a close by destination for golf. Seven Lakes and Sand Point were wonderful for walks or bike rides. Too many good eating places to mention.

Cozy cottage

Clean and comfortable cottage home that was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms and a comfortable king size bed. Washer and dryer were a big plus. We enjoyed visiting the Kennedy Space Center, the beach and the Cape Canaveral National Seashore Park which were all close by. The host was friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to returning someday.
