"This place was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of 5 friends. Plenty of space, so clean and quiet location but very near happening spots in Cocoa Beach. The pool was refreshing and Stephanie has the shed well stocked with floaties and even beach chairs for when you venture to the beach. We had a great time at this house and working with Stephanie!"

We went to dinner on the pier and checked out a couple of bars near. Would highly recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Cocoa Beach I will stay here again!"
