"Cute, updated, little condo. With decent beds and plenty of everything you may need for the beach. Stephanie was quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. Very close to the beach. Only downside is the parking is extremely limited and no TVs in the bedrooms. I enjoy working from my bed with the tv on in the background. If you can avoid bringing separate vehicles, you should."

"This is a newly decorated Condo right on the beach....the view could not be any better! Just gorgeous ocean & sand!! Beds are comfy ....Master also has a direct view to the ocean.Nice little balcony to sit outside on.from the living room. Very relaxing! Great large screen TVs also. Nice washer & dryer in the unit. We did see dolphiins swimming one a.m. quite aways out. A pair of Morning Doves entertained us a few times with their cooing."

"This was the best property we have booked on VRBO. Doug and Cathy are fantastic to work with. Everything you need is within walking or a very short drive. All the little details they cover makes you feel at home instantly. A short drive to Orlando to do the theme parks, puts you right back on the beach the same day. We are already wanting to book another trip at this great place."

We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it! "Our stay at Cocoa Beach Club was very enjoyable. The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. It is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean. Our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. The guest service manager, Taylor was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. Would highly recommend this gem."

"The property is old, and the elevator is slow and noisy, but those are minor things. The location was excellent, away from the congestion of Cocoa Beach, but convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and beautiful. Our unit was clean and comfortably furnished, complete with all that you need to enjoy the ocean. Our grandson said it best, “It’s old, but it’s nice. I really like it here”. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony."

"The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!"

"Ocean front property with nice views from the living area. Issues with the living room TV not working and shutting off randomly but other then that it was a nice stay. Note: Narrow stairs to bedrooms so if traveling with a senior like we were it might not work"

"The good - great location! Easy access to beach! Comfortable beds! The patio and it's views, both east and west, exceptional! Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dinnerware/glassware. No noise from neighbors. Easy parking. Grounds very clean. The not so good - as advertised actually, only salt and pepper in kitchen. No foil, no cooking oil, no spices - nothing. Come prepared if you want to cook. Master bath needs attention - grout and chalking. Overall a good stay!"
