The condo was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Cocoa Beach. The location was absolutely perfect and being literally steps from the beach entrance was really nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beachfront place in Cocoa Beach.

This was one of the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed at. There were so many nice touches such as make-up towels, hair conditioner, king size beds, fully stocked kitchen. We plan to return next year!

Very nice stay while waiting for our cruise. Very homey and comfortable. Loved the area. Very relaxed and laid back. Easy to navigate to various destinations. First stay in cocoa beach and would love to come back in the future .Host was great when contacted for information was always quick to reply.Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

Location is great! This condo was in a great spot on a part of the beach that was not crowded. It was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I did contact the host once and she was quick to respond to our needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Just be aware there are stairs for those that have issues and no dishwasher, neither of which was an issue for us.

The condo was easy to find and a perfect location to the beach, which is just steps out the front door. Walking on the beach at sunrise is always magical. The condo was decorated really cute and had everything and more that we could have possibly needed. It was great having beach chairs and towels on location. The beds were very comfy and I really loved how soft the sheets were as I've stayed at other rentals where they use the cheapest bedding they can find and the sheets felt stiff and scratchy. Nice bedding definitely takes it up a notch!! Teresa was very responsive with any needs that we had, and was kind enough to ship an item to me that was left behind. I recommend going to Jetty Beach to check out the cruise ships coming in and out. All in all, it was a great stay! I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for a beach day. Private but close to the pier. Nice king beds. Parking was only for one vehicle though so we had to find an alternate paid parking spot for our other car.

This place was perfect! Beds and bedrooms are huge. Kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Previous guests have left all kinds of gifts in the bathroom and kitchen- salt and pepper, paper towels, shampoo... And one closet is full of beach towels and beach chairs! I loved being right on the water in such a beautiful condo.

A typical rental property with very a comfortable King bed and an outstanding beach front location. We would stay here again!
