Only 20 minutes from Oglebay Park.

Such a charming peaceful cottage by the River. Very quiet and relaxing. Extremely clean and stocked with whatever you might need. Our second time there and would love to come back!

What a great, cozy escape! Exactly as described. Perfect for two people. So relaxing to watch the river traffic. Kitchen is nicely appointed. Bed is very comfortable. Very reasonable price and easy drive to antique malls and restaurants

Cozy cottage, very welcoming and the owners put a lot of thought into trying to make it a nice stay. It was perfect for the two of us.

Very cozy, beautiful view, quiet. It was just what I needed for a few days away. The cottage was very clean. Bed was super comfy. There is one window AC unit and several fans. I was there during some very hot days (the high was 97 one day), and the AC was very effective at keeping the place comfortable. It’s an easy drive to grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. in Martins Ferry or Wheeling for anything you might need.

Really cool place right on the Ohio River..Very quiet and enjoyed our night of rest there. Seen a few tugboats on the river as well !..

This was an incredible place to stay the night or day. The view on the back deck is amazing, the inside of the the house is perfect for me and my wife. Stylishly decorated, wonderfully laid out, and comfortably peaceful. We had a wonderful sunset, but the morning sunrise was spectacular. We ate dinner on the deck, and the quietness of the area allowed us to relax and recover from our 10 1/2 hour drive from Massachusetts. The host was wonderful in communication and welcoming for our stay. When we come back this way in 2 years we truly hope to be able to rent this location, again.Thank you for a wonderful place to share with us.

Everything you need for a nice quiet get a way. Enjoyed the deck along the Ohio river. We saw barges, tug boats, ducks and geese. The bed was VERY comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Make sure you stop at the Yorkville bakery for some sweet treats.

Great river view

Very comfortable, clean and just what we needed after a long trip. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the river. Had everything we needed to relax after a long day on the road.
