"The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!"

"Overall, the house is very nice and provides for all the basic needs. Some things have been overlooked, such as providing an adequate number of hangers in the closets and a drying rack for hand-washed dishes in the kitchen. Also, there wasn't a single sharp knife in the kitchen, In general, the kitchen was not adequately equipped."

"5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

"The only thing i was disappointed that going down to lake was impossible for me as i am handcaped i wish it was more accessible to me . If it was i wouls stay there next year too "
