"Property was clean. Parking was off street and adequate and we gad a large car. Washing machine worked well. 1hr 25 min per load. Using drying rack near radiator clothes dried well. Towel heating rack in bathroon also helped dry sock and small items. Shower had decent power on would get quite hot once boiler water reached it. Owner left us a little starter food.
