"This is a great property if you want to be centrally located! Nice, quiet neighborhood and the house worked perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out back and taking advantage of the hot tub after hikes. The host was very quick to respond on questions we had and check-in was very smooth. Thanks for the nice accommodations."

It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Glenn and the team were responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and stay. "We had a great time at the studio for our "mini-moon" after our wedding. Very relaxing and the perfect location. We had some problems with the internet, but the local contact was extremely responsive and helpful. We were given a small refund for our trouble with the internet, which we appreciated. Didn't mind much -- we were trying to relax anyway!"

"A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking."

"We stayed at the house this past weekend and could not have been more pleased with the property! The house was exactly what we had expected and the location was amazing! The kitchen was complete with everything needed and we cooked all our meals there during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find at so many places! We enjoyed having the wide choice of streaming services available and we enjoyed using the hot tub multiple times during our stay! We will plan to stay here...
