The loft was exactly as shown. This was probably the most well stocked and thoughtfully equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in. It's an easy walk to and from downtown and The Barlow. We actually added an additional day, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Sebastopol.

The place is beautiful. However, the hosts are not. Not only did they falsely accuse me of stealing a remote control and insist I pay for it (spoiler alert, they found it) they also berated me because they had to steam clean the carpets and wash an entry rug after my dog had an accident (that I cleaned up by the way and also paid an additional 75 dollars for. That was in addition to the original 90 “pet fee” I paid) Like, shouldn’t they be steam cleaning the carpet and washing the entry rugs after any person stays there with a pet? Haven’t they heard of fleas? Also, the “private garden” is neither private nor an actual garden. More like a small, semi- enclosed courtyard. Again, the actual life is lovely but the hosts are terrible…

This property was beautiful and romantic and had all the Moody character you could want in a quaint loft. The gardens were beautiful even for September, and I'm sure they're magnificent in the spring. The hosts went above and beyond what anyone should expect. They're truly lovely. The neighborhood is extremely walkable. And The loft itself is comfortable and beautifully appointed with gorgeous art and unique photography.

Beautiful loft in a secluded neighborhood

We stayed a couple of nights for a friend's wedding. Perfect space for a short stay. Beautifully appointed, comfortable space. So quiet and private. Hosts were always responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay in Sonoma Wine Country

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Property was beautifully appointed, well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and the Barlow. Communications with owner and check-in/check-out process were effortless. We really loved it and would absolutely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

Our hosts were super gracious! Allowing us to check in early. AND also to have a few extra guests to the property for a few hours as we were getting married and needed to take pictures and get ready. The photographer and guest kept accidentally ringing the doorbell of the main house and they were always very friendly and accommodating. The property was so much more than it shows in the pictures. I have stayed in several rentals and this is in my top three. It’s such a darling place. And very close to downtown. Thank you so much!

Fantastic vibe

My wife and I enjoyed what felt like a little slice of New Orleans/Anne Rice novel meets luxury bathroom and quaint appointments. Loved the place. Easy walk to downtown, plenty of privacy, and we look forward to a return visit.

Quaint, cozy & charming

Beautiful one bedroom (upstairs), immaculatly furnished & decorated. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 1/2 mile from town. Downstairs has a small well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bath, and comfy living room. The couch turns into a very comfortable bed, necessary for my husband and myself; the stairs to the bed were too steep for old folks to use on a late nite bathroom run. Great place.

Cute, cozy, walkable to down town

This is a nicely finished property. The interior is very tastefully decorated, small, but more than adequate for a couple. Amazingly comfortable king sized bed with high quality linens. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it's easily walkable to downtown Sebastopol: main street, the Barlow, others. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place for a Sonoma visit!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is so well designed and made to feel welcoming and comfortable. So many things you may not even realize you need are already there for you. The kitchen area is so well done and the bathroom with bath and shower is beautiful. Truly a gem and the perfect place to stay location wise of looking to travel around Sonoma. Nothing was too far away! Hope we can get back soon!

The perfect wedding night

My husband and I stayed here for two nights after getting married in Sebastopol and it was absolutely perfect! So romantic and classy, we felt like royalty! The hosts are amazing communicators and made everything so smooth for us during a very busy weekend. Cannot recommend enough!

Stay exceed expectations - beautiful and comfortable furnishings stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING one could need. Peaceful neighborhood close to downtown made location ideal. Hard to leave and looking forward to coming back!

Pure Elegance and comfort

This loft is a place i could move into...its gorgeous but very comfortable and anything you could wish for is in it.....oh and the bed is dreamy!! We enjoyed coffee and coffee cake in the mornings and cheese and wine in the evenings....we went out for all other meals and had fun exploring all the wine country has to offer. We had a huge storm one night but the hosts stayed in touch and made sure we were safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this loft...just fyi the bathroom is downstairs and it is dreamy as well!. Thank you for everything ❤
