"Alt var super godt som det plejer, men der var et stort MEN.. aldrig har vi oplevet så nedladende spa-personale. Tidligt gjorde vi hende opmærksom på at boblebadet var alt for koldt. Hun sagde, at ingen havde klaget, men hun kunne da tage temperaturen på vandet. Efter flere timer ( hvor hun næsten kun sad og kiggede på computer) kom hun nonchalant tilbage og sagde at vi havde ret, men der blev ikke gjort noget ved det hele weekenden! Boblebadet var alt alt for koldt!!!!
