"The place is very nice and the view is just amazing. Plenty of space for a bunch of family and/or friends to enjoy. Only downside is the sewer plant being so close to the property. The smell is bit much when the wind is blowing from the pant towards the house. It’s not constant so it’s bearable and the beauty of the house makes up for it. Definitely would go back again."

The owner was very responsive and the property showed pride in ownership. Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was our most comfortable VRBO rental ever, where the pictures UNDERstate the size and comfort of the living area, dining room (with a gorgeous table for 10!), and bedrooms (super comfortable beds and linens)! "The property is conveniently located off the thruway and is very close to Gore. The house itself was great for our party, three families with 4 kids under 3. The listing was a little confusing that there are two completely separate houses. We all fit in the main house. I know the listing spoke of an apartment but I assumed they were attached. "When we arrived everything was clean but dishwasher was full of dirty dishes.No big deal we just ran dishwasher.Full disclosure we forgot run dishwasher when we left. Suggest telling future renters with boats that coming from north end of lake is alot easier than coming up Rt 9N over the mountain. All in all was trip Thank you"
