"According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 "

"Richard was very welcoming. My plans changed on the day of arrival and he extended my stay, no issues at all. Had everything and more than i needed in my room. I stay away from home approximately 6 months of the year for the last 28 years and i think this was the most comfortable bed and fluffiest duvet i have ever had. Very quiet and peaceful area and the best nights sleep, very restful. "

"Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast. "Good size and well equipped room. Most things newish and everything worked. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. One big issue stood out. The bathroom had no power socket (e.g. for shaver) and the sink/mirror area was in a small, dark, unlit alcove that prevented easy and convenient useuse"

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area.
