"Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"Very disappointing. Parking very scarce near reception and while searching, many one way alleys had us spending too much time just getting to check in. Then the guy on the counter also seemed to be reservations so we had to wait while he completed a demanding transaction on the phone. Finally got to drive into the car park, way after the 2 minutes allowed on the street-park. The car park door eventually opened after swiping the card many times. "Great location for us as we were working at the MCEC, this place is literally opposite the loading dock. There is an IGA at ground level in the same building, not regular IGA pricing I might add, but it is convenient if you don’t fancy the walk up to Woolworths at Southern Cross Station. The apartment is comfortable and roomy with a decent enough kitchen but getting a little tired, carpets are a bit dirty and fixtures/fittings are starting to show signs of age. "Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them"
