"I stay at this hotel often, but this visit fell a little short of the usual standard. The check‑in staff felt quite brisk and dismissive, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. A few things in the room were also below the standard I’m used to here, such as missing amenities and a TV that wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, just a noticeable step down from my previous experiences."
