The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! "We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

"The stay was ok, I thought the triple room was a double and a single but it's 3 singles - thats my fault for not paying attention. One to note is the pub doesn't do food, it doesn't say it does on Hotels.com but I made the mistake of looking on Google which shows pictures of menus and food so I assumed it did... The bas was busy and friendly enough (football night, showing on the tv's) Where it loses stars is I went down to breakfast at the time arranged when I checked in and the pub was locked...

"Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful."
