"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

"We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! "This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way "

"ノリッジ空港に深夜に到着する予定だったため、空港近くでリーズナブルなこのホテルに予約。部屋は広く清潔でしたが、一晩中換気の音がかなり大きかったのが、1番の欠点。隣りに24時間のマクドナルドがあり、朝食はリーズナブルにそちらを利用しました。シティセンターに行くバス停もそれほど遠くなく、空港近くにあるもうひとつのホテルと比べると、コスパは良いと思いました。"

"Well planned apartment with everything that was needed for cooking and laundry. Well situated close to the town and cathedral. Parking was an issue as Norwich has hardly any available on the street so the cost is substantial."

"Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog."

"Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed."
