The fan was a definite bonus in the hot weather although the room stayed fairly shaded too. There was some traffic noise but it didn't disrupt my sleep at all (room 16). "Great communication as a self check in with a lock box, plenty of private parking next to the accommodation. Carlton Towers has a tea room within walking distance which was convenient. Room was big with everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend and stay again if back in the area."

"Excellent stay at the Briarcroft Hotel. We needed a place near the wedding venue we attended and this was right on the doorstep. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff were very attentive when needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, orange juice, cereal, toast. Parking right outside the hotel. Everything we needed was right there including local shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely use this place again"

"Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained ."

Hay que estacionar a una cuadra y las 24 hs están £27. Nos permitieron dejar las valijas sin problema. Check in después de las 21 hs sin problemas. Muy buena ubicación."
