"This was our second visit to this lovely cottage. It is very quaint and cosy. The setting is very peaceful - lots of birds singing and rabbits in the field. There is a busy road next to the cottage but that didn’t detract from the feeling of tranquility. The hot tub is fabulous. It’s a great base to explore the local area. "A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again."
