Loved this apartment
Stayed in this apartment for my birthday weekend, had a fantastic time everything you needed very close to everything you need, easy walk to the station. Will definitely stay here again

So much space for activities! The place was great and exactly what we needed. Excellent location. The only downside is the toilet is up a steep flight of stairs from the bed. Would have been nice to have a stovetop coffee maker, but not having one just meant I got to visit a local beanery a few times.

Good comfortable stay for group travel.
Stayed in the Penthouse for a stay with friends. Very comfortable and clean, plus excellent communication from Sita in getting us well setup. Only minor issue is the flat got very hot, even after adjusting the thermostat (it seems to reset to a higher temperature) - but fans were provided to offset this. We thought it was very good value for the money.

There was a beautiful large patio that had a dining area. From the patio there was a view to the town and streets below. We could walk from the apartment to the town square and restaurants. The apartment was large and nicely finished with 4 beds to accommodate us. It was also close to public transit. The staff was friendly but we were asked to check in by 6:00 pm, as that was the time the office closed, though they said that they could make alternate arrangements if we were later. But we had to rush away from what we were doing in order to meet to get the keys. Also the office is in a different location that the apartment. Plus we were given a check list of items we needed to cleanup before we left, including things like removing bed linens from all the beds and putting them in the bathroom.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht . Das einzige was ich sehr negativ fand war die Lautstärke. Die Fenster haben leider kein Schallschutz und sind Nachts wegen dem Lärm öfters wach geworden.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment, ruhige Lage direkt im Zentrum, super freundlicher Empfang im Office bei Anreise. Leider das ganze Apartment voller weißer Hundehaare und die Terrasse, die eigentlich ein Upgrade sein sollte, war voller Taubenkot :(

Gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung der sanitär Räume. Nicht gefallen hat uns der Lärm abends, bei offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, da alles schallt. Wegen der Wärme kann man aber ohne offenes Fenster auch nicht schlafen. Das Bett war billig und rutschte immer weg, da es zu leicht war. Die Couch war fleckig, die Gläser im Schrank verkalkt und teilweise zersprungen. Stellt eine große Gefahrenquelle dar… die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wenn man ausschlafen möchte, dann wird man entweder von Menschen im Flur oder zugeschlagenen Türen geweckt. Hört man alles, als wäre es im Zimmer nebenan. Alles in allem würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten wollen.

Sorry for the fact it was noisy during your stay, we do always inform our guests that they have to be quiet after 10PM but unfortunately they did not listen. We have had a look at the inventory and replaced it where needed, this is something housekeeping should have informed us about during cleaning but did not do. We will discuss within the team.

Fantastic place to stay in the very centre of The Hague. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine which came in handy after already spending a week in The Netherlands. 2 large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, and an outdoor terrace which we enjoyed every evening! Would highly recommend Stayci Apartments to anybody visiting the area!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Bei Fragen waren die Vermieter schnell erreichbar. Leider haben wir die heißesten Tage des Jahres erwischt, sodass es in der Wohnung über 30 Grad wurde. Zum Glück gab es in der Wohnung einen Ventilator. Die Unterkunft ist in der direkten Umgebung von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften.

Sehr gute Lage nahe am Zentrum, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, bzw. das Wasser war für 1 Minute warm und wurde dann eiskalt, was das Duschen leider sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Es hat 2 Mal jemand danach geschaut und wurde "repariert", jedoch beide Male ohne Erfolg. Sehr schade! Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung!

매우 만족합니다.
거실, 침실, 화장실도 굉장히 깔끔하게 정리되어 있었어요. 날씨가 조금 쌀쌀했는데 난방도 켤 수 있어서 춥지 않게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 체크인이 숙소하고 거리가 좀 있어서 혼선이 있긴 했지만 체크인 해주는 곳에 직원 분들도 너무 친절하셨어요. 전자레인지, 세탁기, 식기세척기, 오븐 등 식기구들 포함해서 웬만한 건 다 구비가 되어 있어서 굉장히 만족하고 사용하고 왔습니다. 방 불이 조금 어두운 편인 것 같긴 한데, 생활에 불편할 정도는 아니에요. 근처에 큰 마트도 있어서 장보러 갔다오기도 편하고 좋았어요.

Well equipped kitchen except no expresso cups? The apt also needs a true desk to work at. Other wise the location was excellent and near a very good market.

Helt perfekt lejlighed. godt udstyret køkken, kæmpe spisebord, og dejligt stille soveværelse i kælderen! Hvis du skal opholde dig længere tid i Haag vil jeg anbefale at bo her. Vaskemaskine,men ikke tørretumbler.. måske et tørrestativ ville være en god ide. Godt strygebræt og strygejern. Som andre nævner, så er administrationen og dermed check-in et andet sted.

The Hauge
Great location, but check in a little problematic, have to pick up keys in one location and get a taxi to the actual apartment. The apt was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed for 5 nights. Nice to have kitchen and fridge. Only wished that there was soap and shampoo provided. This was the end of my 3 week journey and I didn’t have any left in my bag. Other than that all was nice. Confortable beds nice big soaking tub and plenty of hot water. Safe entry. Close to trams and short walking ditto shopping, restaurants, train station. Museums

Dryer didn’t work properly
One of the primary reasons why we chose stayci’s apartment was because there’s a washer and dryer. The dryer however didn’t work. After the first complain, a technician came and suggested to use a different mode. We did that but it yielded the same result. For a day everyone ran out of dry&ean clothes. I was told that they inspectedthe dryer adter we checked out, which was obviously to late for us.

Zentrale Lage, top Anbindung an ÖPNV
Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat auch eine gute bis sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Die Wohnung ist zwar geräumig, aber ich möchte sie nicht unbedingt im Winter bewohnen, da sie sehr offen ist. Wohn-, Ess-, Küchenbereich sind ein Raum, gleiches gilt für den Schlaf-, Badezimmerbereich. Das wird sicherlich sehr schwer zu heizen sein. Ein Manko ist der vorhandene, aber nicht fixierte Safe, den ich nicht zu benutzen rate, weil man ihn wegnehmen kann. Bei der Ankunft war das Apartment gut gelüftet, aber bereits beim Eintreten in den Hausflur ins Gebäude Westeinde 51-53 roch es nach Abfluss. Anscheinend wird der Kanalanschluss nicht gereinigt bzw. ist zur Straße hin offen. Der Fäkalgeruch zog bis in das Apartment. Der freundlichen Stayci Mitarbeiter fand zwar einen Grund in der Dusche dafür, konnte den Geruch im Hausflur aber nicht abstellen. Hier sollte eine Fachfirma die Abflussleitungen inspizieren bzw. den Kanalanschluss überprüfen. Ein zweites Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation in Den Haag. Hierbei haben uns die freundlichen Mitarbeiter auf zwei praktikable Lösungsmöglichkeiten hingewiesen, wobei wir gleich bei der ersten Möglichkeit Glück gehabt hatten. Dafür nochmals unseren Dank. FAZIT: Der Fäkalgeruch im Hause hat uns die Rückkehr ins Apartment nicht gerade versüßt. Dafür gibt es gleich zwei Minuspunkte, also nur drei Sterne insgesamt.
