Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless.

Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected ...

Everything was clean and fresh hygienic smell upon walking into the Novotel and throughout the hotel and rooms. We appreciated the complimentary water bottle. Only suggested improvement would be to install chilled on tap water
