The only suggestion would be to have specific instructions on how to work the washer/dryer for small loads. Couldn't figure out an adequate drying cycle. "the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable. however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises. there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated. overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. Down to the lack of basic kitchen items (coffee maker, salt/pepper, sharp knife) and the cheapest hangers imaginable (that don't have hooks, so you can't steal them--as if!), and pillows that were ancient and barely pancake-thick, and a hair dryer that faintly hummed (where did they find such poor items?), it was a sub-par experience.
