Apartamentos en The Brecks

"This place is an absolutely tranquil hideawayThe hosts were wonderfully responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just perfect. The well laid out space had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace & comfort!"

"It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. "Fantastic shower,2 adjoining bedrooms with a sitting room and mini kitchen.Perfect for our requirements. Would go again without hesitation."

That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...
