"Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring. "We went to check in note in window to call all locked up, was shown to our room cobwebs on inside of window frame had not been cleaned brown bed linnen alarm bells pulled back could see what looked like stains. We looked at each other no way and we walked out would want a refund of my money "

"The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience. The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

"We loved this short stay with our extended family. Very well equipped and something for everyone, young and old. Very clean, loads of space and lots of facilities. Loved the enclosed paddock area for the dog and some good walks nearby. The outdoor seating areas are excellent. It would have been good to know in advance that there wasn't a cafetiere in the kitchen or shower gel in the bathrooms especially as the place was so well stocked but this is a simple update of the property details. ...

"Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think...
