Our second time in this apartment as we love its location and wonderful views from the balcony.Only gave 4* this time as some of the kitchen facilities are showing signs of wear and tear, with rust in the dishwasher for example, and the bedroom dressing room shutters still don’t appear to be working, two years since our previous stay. However, these were small details and we still very much enjoyed our stay with all comfort and amenities needed.Great communications and attention from Paula who is a very welcoming and accommodating host for arrival and during our stay.

In de eerste plaats heeft Paula ons hartelijk welkom geheten en als we Paula nodig hadden, reageerden Paula meteen! Verder genoten we van het mooie appartement waar alles inzat wat wenselijk was en met het uitzicht op de haven en op de rots van Calpe en dan ook nog met een prachtige zonsondergang!!!!Moraira was een liefelijk stadje en van daaruit kon je het prachtige achterland verkennen.

Top apartment!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was very well equipped and we really had everything we needed. Stunning view from the balcony! Excellent location! Our host Paula gave us a warm welcome and the check in couldn't have been better. We could enter the apartment sooner than 16h00 upon our arrival and were allowed to leave later than 10h00 because we had an early flight on the day of our arrival and a late flight back home on the day of our departure (with lots of luggage and no rented car, because we came by taxi). Thank you, Paula, for your kindness and your excellent service! We had a wonderful week and would love to come back! Greetings from Belgium. Big hugs from Rita, Gerrit, Sandra and Eddy!

Moraira Apartment

Nice apartment with everthing you need. Nice and clean comfy beds good location for beach, bars and restaurants. It has a underground car park which is handy but not suitable for large cars. Paula is a very nice and helpful lady always on hand to help you if required.

Great apartment, views and location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this clean spacious apartment. The air conditioning system is super and much appreciated in the August temperatures. Things have been very well thought out such as a plug point next to a huge mirror in the bathroom and excellent storage/hanging space. The views from the balcony are amazing. It’s nice and shaded for breakfast then the sun works its way round in the afternoon. The apartment is an easy flight of steps away from the centre but is very quiet. Paula and her son Elliot met us and managed to get us an early check which was appreciated and showed us round and made it clear she was there for any problems of which there were none or for local information on restaurants etc. we would certainly return. The only point which is just an observation not a criticism is that the small shower room is very small. I am 5ft 9 and my husband is 6ft 3 so we couldn’t use the second shower. It would be fine for children/small adults and at least the other shower is a large walk in one. We are out every night,but the apartment has all you need should you wish to eat in. Highly recommended

From booking, communication has been excellent with Paula. She answered any questions promptly and met us on arrival. The apartment is spacious and very clean with excellent views of the marina and sea. We arrived during a local fiesta which made it extra special. Excellent location, lots of fabulous restaurants - we ate in a different one each night. Very highly recommended 😊

its a amazing location, but it really could do with a up grade, the little shower room is very very small. Paula the property manager was helpful,the photos make it look better than it is, but the location is perfect for bars and restaurants.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Everything about the apartment was great. Very clean, really nice modern decor, very comfortable beds and a wonderful balcony with amazing view. The location was prefect for walking to all the local bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Everything ran very smooothly as Paula was a great host who kept in touch and was very helpful if we needed any information. Will definetly go back again.

Firstly, let me say that I am quite picky. Paula’s condo was AMAZING! The property is even better than pictured and the location is perfect. You only need to walk out the door & you are just a small stairway from the seafront with all of its shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean & well appointed. Three balconies were such a delight! Paula was an amazing person and host. The followed some of her recommendations & they were wonderful. We hated to leave but can confidently recommend this property to anyone. Thanks again Paula!

Memorable week in Moraira

We had a super week in Moraira, Paula met us promptly at the apt and showed us around . The apartment is in an ideal location, just up some steps from main shopping street, close to everything , no need for a car and beautiful views of both the Marina and Calpe .

A great flat all around

We stayed for a week and explored the town and attended family events nearby. The location is was most convenient, had great views, and everything we needed while relaxing at the flat. We really enjoyed being there during festival week.

Amazing Apartment

Our stay was so amazing that we will be looking to go again next year. Everything was on point, the apartment was modern and fresh, we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. So much choices and the good thing was that all shops, beaches and restaurants were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Lovely, relaxing stay

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of Moraira. Beautiful sea views and a 2 minute walk to all of the shops and restaurants. A proper home from home and Paula couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish. Would recommend this apartment to couples and families alike as has everything you need for a lovely, relaxing break in beautiful Moraira.

Beautiful Apartment

Reecently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, it literally has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with a view from the balcony that we'll remember for a long time. Communication with Paula was efficient and she kindly met us to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had about the AC, TV or Wifi etc - A real home from home with all high end furnishings, bedding and kitchen equipment, many thanks for providing such a beautiful property to the holiday rental market.

Excellent position

Paula was an excellent, friendly and efficient property manager. Although there were unexpected problems with the apartment next door that impacted on the lovely apartment we booked, Paula immediately dealt with all the issues with ease. We had a lovely holiday, Moraira is a fabulous resort and we will be returning as soon as life returns to normal due to the Coronavirus.

Great comfort

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this apartment. Everything we needed was there. It felt very homely; comfortable seating and luxurious beds, beautiful artwork and wonderful views of the coast. The weather was pleasantly warm for January. We were there when Storm Gloria came for 2 days which caused a lot of excitement and not too much damage in Moraira. Paula helped us enormously and was always on call when we needed her. We would certainly recommend this property to others.
