Relaxing family time

We've been a week in this outstanding Villa and we are just wondering to come back soon. Everything was as in the pictures. I totally recommend this spot for everyone who likes calm and nature. Really close to shops and you can get easily lost in its beaches like a little paradise . Our holidays have been extremely good in here. Ian and Vanessa from the first moment make everything easy and so does Kim. We'll come back for sure!

Maravilloso

Ha sido como estar en nuestra propia casa. Todo estaba perfecto tanto en limpieza como en encontrar cualquier cosa que necesitaras. La piscina maravillosa, siempre cálida y limpia. La barbacoa un plus. La casa, sencillamente perfecta. El recibimiento de Kim estupendo y la disponibilidad de Vanesa e Ian perfectos, aunque como no hubo problemas no tuvimos necesidad. Como para volver, sin duda, para repetir nuestras cenas mirando al mar.

Lovely villa but slightly smaller than expected compared to others we have stayed in the area. Wonderful to have the sun all day and also nice areas for shade. Great location and very near to all our favourite restaurants. We appreciated being able to have an earlier check in and the complimentary cava and coffee pods were very welcome. The electric gate to the property was very temperamental but I understand this problem has been reported and just waiting to be fixed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a fabulous location with amazing views.Everything has been thought of and the villa is exceptionally well equipped. Beds are very comfortable & air conditioning made for very good nights sleep.The gardens and pool area are absolutely stunning, with plenty of loungers, seating and parasols for the needed shade with the pool getting the sun all day.Pool was wonderful and cleaned regularly in the early morning so as not to disturb. The communication with Ian & Vanessa before our visit was great and we were warmly welcomed by Kim on arrival and shown around the stunning & immaculately clean property. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Ines and were so sad to leave - we are already looking to return

Wir haben fantastische 2 Wochen in der traumhaften Villa Ines verbracht! Dank der Klimaanlagen und dem schönen Innenbereich war die Hitze sehr gut erträglich, da man sich gut ins Haus zurückziehen konnte. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Garten ist äusserst gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr modern und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist wirklich praktisch - Strand, Läden und Restaurants...alles ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This house and gardens were truly beautiful and every guest’s needs had been well thought through.The location was just a couple of kilometres to the center of Moraira. Also its position not far from the main roads meant exploring the wider area by car was really easy. Some of our group ran from the villa into Moraira and across to El Portet which gives you an idea of accessibility. The gardens and pool area were up there as the best we have experienced and in particular we felt the stunning sea and El Portet views from the upstairs balcony dining area are even more beautiful and breathtaking in person than the pictures. Such a lovely place to relax day and night with lots of areas to get together and find your own space to meet every need. Everything is really well appointed and well planned as a holiday home. Communication was excellent both by Vanessa and Ian before arrival and with the wonderful Kim who checked us in and out and was available if we needed anything. We stayed as a 6 made up of three generations. 4 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 6) so the 2 bedrooms up stairs and the separate lovely room downstairs with a en-suite worked really well for us. Overall one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in and one we all agreed we will look to use again and will recommend to others.

Lovely villa with stunning views. Great pool and table tennis. Good sized BBQ with all the tools you would need. Lidl/ Aldi/ Carrefour and Mercadona all within 10min drive. Moraira has a lot to offer - restaurants/ cafes/ ice cream shops/ water sports. It is a great base from which to visit and explore local towns like Denia, Calpe, Altea, Gata de Gorgos.

A great meet and greet experience from start to finish. The villa not only met but exceeded our expectations. It was so well equipped it certain felt like home from home. The Air Con was greatly appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and as promised, the pool area was sunny for most of the day. We will certainly book this villa again the next time we come to Spain.

Fabulous Unrivalled Villa - Perfect Holiday Experience!!

Casa Ines is by far the best 'home from home' villa we have stayed in that we could recommend so highly in our favourite Moraira area after some ten years of holidaying there! Such fabulous views from each side. be it inside or outside the villa with your every need catered for! Kim was very kindly there to meet us on arrival to show us round this spotless, very tastefully furnished home to relax in and soak up the sun from numerous terrace, garden, pool areas and a perfectly placed table tennis game for some fun in the shade! We were fortunate to have perfect weather for September, were sad to leave, and will be hoping very much to return again next year to what we all thought was a little bit of paradise,!! Thankyou so much for all that was so important for us to enjoy our stay!

A lovely villa in a great location in Moraira

We've enjoyed a fantastic 2 week family holiday at Casa Inés. Ian & Vanessa (and Kim!) were the perfect hosts. In the past we've always rented villas in Javea. But it gets extremely busy there, so we fancied a change. As we've always loved visiting Moraira, Casa Inés seemed like the perfect place. It didn't disappoint! The villa is securely gated and ideally situated within just a few minutes drive of the town centre. Our favourite supermarket (Mercadona) is around 10 minutes drive, although there are closer grocery shops if you prefer. The kitchen is really well-equipped - the second fridge was a bonus for chilling all our drinks! Often we arrive at a villa and immediately have to get to the shops for hand soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and water. But at Casa Inés, all this was there for us, meaning we could relax on arrival and give the kids time to play in the pool whilst we unpacked before heading to the supermarket. The villa is air conditioned throughout, which was fantastic for when we needed it. The barbecue is a top-quality gas barbecue, which was very clean and we made lots of use of. Something to note is that one double bedroom is located separate to the main living area. You need to go outside and down the main steps to access it - this suited our 18 year old daughter, as she likes her own space sometimes. I think we actually prefer Moraira to Javea now! We had a great time at Casa Inés and we're sure you will too!

Heerlijke vakantie!

We hadden een hele fijne tijd in de mooie en praktische villa van Vanessa en Ian. De ontvangst van Kim was prettig en goed, een probleempje (geen warm water) was snel opgelost en het was fijn dat er iemand dicht in de buurt was voor eventuele vragen. De villa is erg compleet, zowel qua interieur maar ook waren er meerdere zitjes rond de woning, een tafeltennistafel, zwembadspeelgoed en zelfs strandmatjes. We dachten dat we de afstand naar de zee wel zouden kunnen lopen. Heen is dat prima (heuvelaf) maar terug is de auto een beter vervoermiddel. We hebben erg genoten en komen nog graag een keertje terug!

Casa Ines Villa, Moraira Spain

What an amazing two week vacation (Sept. 22 - Oct 6, 2023) at Casa Ines in Moraira Spain. Leading up to our stay Ian & Venessa responded back to us quickly on any and all questions we had about the villa and thing to do and see in Moraira and the surrounding area. On arrival the villa was exactly as presented on the Vrbo website and we had absolutely no issues during our entire stay. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with a kitchen fully stock with all service items one could possibly need. The villa is complete with its own private swimming pool which we enjoyed daily during our stay. We highly recommend this property and hope to return for an extended stay in the years to come.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa and Ian's villa. Everything was perfect, clean and well equipped especially the kitchen. We had a small issue with the pool but it was taken care of immediately. Communication was very good. We will love to come back.

Beautiful spacious villa

An amazing villa in a beautiful location with stunning views. The villa was immaculate and spacious with everything you could wish for! We all loved the different shady areas to sit, eat, relax. Table tennis was a huge hit! Great bbq facilities, pool games and beach equipment. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!

We've stayed in lots of self catering accommodation over the years and this was the best. Not only the cleanest but the whole package was superb. The communication with the English owners from booking to arrival was excellent. The local (and lovely) contacts (Kim & Pete) gave us reassurance and made our holiday stress-free. The listing doesn't do the size, beauty and attention to detail of this villa justice. Owners Ian & Vanessa have thought of everything - shopping bags, beach bag, parasols, beach mats & towels, cool box and inflatables - all available to use. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering with enough crockery (both china for indoors and plastic for outdoors) for everyone. A good stock of cookware and tupperware. Good quality hair-dryers, iron, tv, dvd player etc and more storage than you could ever need for a two week holiday plus 2 fridges! And then the villa itself! Both the indoor and outdoor space are a joy. We were two adults with our 20 and 16 year old children and there was enough space to be together but also lovely little areas, both inside and out, to escape. The pool area is perfect with 6 good quality sunbeds and enough parasols that everyone can find some shade. Moraira is a great place to stay - loads of restaurants, gorgeous beaches and lots of places to visit locally. You'll need a car - we walked to town a couple of times but in 30+ temps it's hard! But taxis are only 6-10 euros. We loved our 2 weeks here and would highly recommend.

We spent a week in the villa and there was just the two of us. The whole booking process and communication with the owners was very good and they were quick to answer questions. They were able to accommodate our early arrival, which we appreciated. The villa itself is well equipped and very clean with pretty views across to the bay of El Portet. The walk to town/beach took about 35 minutes and we are quick walkers but we found two good restaurants on the way there. Ca Pepe and Gastrobar21. The wifi worked well in the property as did the 4G. Make sure you read the property description to see that the bedroom with en-suite is downstairs and accessible only by external steps. When we arrived we were told by the property manager we don’t need the keys to downstairs as there is just the two of us. A bit strange seeing as we had paid for the whole villa. However, she did leave the keys but we didn’t use downstairs. The bathroom upstairs is really spacious and modern with a powerful shower which was great. Summer in Spain means mosquitoes so I recommend you pack a large top sheet if you can to avoid the nighttime bites. The cover supplied on the bed only fits the top surface of the bed so doesn’t go down the sides & cannot be tucked in. Just a minor point and easy to resolve with a top sheet. Air conditioning was good. The pool was very clean and a good temperature.
