The villa is situated high above Terracina with amazing views of the bays. The property and pool were fantastic and met all our expectations - clean, well serviced with everything needed for a short stay. Table football and table tennis made great evening entertainment following a bbq. The host (Andrea) was very helpful with the booking and during the stay 5*. Only thing you need to have is a car, as the beach, shops and old town Terracina are just too far to walk to in mid summer.

We had a lovely time at Andrea’s villa. The villa is spotlessly clean and the views are wonderful. A car is essential to get into Terracina. Andrea gave us a lovely bottle of his homemade Olive oil which is delicious. I would definately recommend the villa for a wonderful peaceful holiday enjoying the views.

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good restaurants. Andrea was so pleasant to deal with and helpful and responsive any time we contacted him. We would highly recommend Andrea’s property!

My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. The beds were comfortable and the house was so clean. Our host Andrea Gallo was a joy. He brought us a video of the making of the olive oil on the property and a sample bottle! I can’t say enough about this lovely home.

We loved this property! The owner, Andrea, could not have been more accommodating. The view was spectacular! The Villa spacious, but cozy. The grounds wandered with stone pathways lined by beautiful vegetation. The pool was perched on the hillside and meticulously maintained. We stayed for a month, with various family members coming and going. It slept 8 comfortably. It was a 1/2 hour walk to town and the beach. Car is helpful, however there is a bus stop near by. The exercise equipment and game room provided a lot of entertainment for the kids. Our best family vacation ever!

Good booking and communication with Andrea. Location was a little further out of the town than we expected, but the beautiful views and sunsets over the sea more than made up for it. The property had a lovely authentic charm, was clean and had good facilities including wifi and a large smart tv (a few more serving bowls would have been helpful). Maria and Andrea were very welcoming and hospitable. We would recommend this villa for those who are seeking to relax, wind down and get away from it all. We had a very special relaxing holiday with many lovely memories being made. Thank you both.

This property was absolutely incredible! Hidden amongst the hills, overlooking the sea, and with complete privacy, we could not have asked for more. The pool was wonderful - and our 5 year old preferred that to the beach! Location was also really great. Super close to the old historic city with so much to see and do. We will definitely be back as this was such a relaxing place to unwind! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Es ist in wunderbares Feriendomizil inmitten einer traumhaften Landschaft mit einer genialen Kulisse. Man sollte sich aber auf Treppen steigen einstellen. Das sollte man wissen, da das Haus ziemlich am Berg liegt.

Die Villa "Ai Galli" teilt sich das Grundstück, den Pool und den Fitnessbereich mit einem separat gelegenen anderen Haus. Für eine Familie ist das Haus sehr gut. Die Aussicht ist von jedem Punkt des Grundstücks gigantisch. Der Pool ist super und das Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Andrea war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein sehr schöner freier Strand ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Rom und Pompeji mit dem Vesuv sind für Tagesausflüge gut erreichbar. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub!!!

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern, 6, 12 und 15 haben wir wunderschöne Ferien hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und in einem unglaublich tollen Garten. Die Fotos geben nicht wirklich den beeindruckenden Blick auf die Küste wieder. Es ist in Wirklichkeit viel schöner. Die Familie Gallo hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns bei kleineren Problemen und Fragen (Werkstatt für das Auto) großartig unterstützt. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Anwesen an sehr schöner Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und Terracina. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, so dass es friedliche und erholsame Ferien waren, die die ganze Familie genoss. Andrea, der Eigentümer des Anwesens, war dort, um uns zu treffen und alle notwendigen Informationen über das Anwesen und die Umgebung zu liefern. Super Qualität der Einrichtung am Pool, die Aussicht, auch vom Pool aus, perfekt. Der Garten ist mit einer immensen Pflanzenvielfalt bepflanzt. Man merkt, in dieser Villa wird auf jedes Detail geachtet. Am Hafen täglich frischen Fisch kaufen, oder durch die kleinen Gassen bummeln, die Ausgrabungen besuchen und immer wieder der Blick aufs Meer. Terracina ist eine kleine hübsche Stadt, wo alles zusammenkommt, was man sich für einem einen erholsamen Urlaub in Italien vorstellt. Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hoffentlich kehren wir in naher Zukunft zurück.

Location di notevole bellezza. Villa con impareggiabile vista sul mare da ogni angolo della casa. Ogni camera da letto offre una veduta incantevole al di fuori della propria finestra e prerogativa impareggiabile ognuna ha il proprio bagno a disposizione. L’ambiente e’ curato in ogni dettaglio con arredamento confortevole ed una disposizione degli spazi che crea una bellissima atmosfera. Cucina piena di ogni confort ed ampi spazi per cucinare. La piscina e’ in una posizione veramente unica con un’estesissima vista sul mare. Ottima la qualità degli arredi bordo piscina. Il giardino e citatissimo con un’immensa varietà di piante che si estendono fino ad un’area giochi con palestra all’aperto perfettamente funzionante. Ogni dettaglio e’ curato al massimo in questa villa ed il proprietario Andrea e’ una persona veramente squisita ed ospitale. Torneremo sicuramente ogni volta che sarà possibile.

A very nice property in a very nice location overlooking the sea and Terracina. The property was very clean and met all our expectations, so it was a peaceful and relaxing holiday enjoyed by all the family. Andrea and his family (the owners) of the property are very special people who were there to meet us, providing all the necessary information about the property and the surrounding area. The views from the property are incredible and would definitely recommend this property to others. Hopefully we will return ourselves sometime in the near future.

Les photos ne montrent la beauté de la propriété. C'est 100 fois plus beau en vrai. Une vue à couper le souffle tous les jours du réveil au coucher. Propriétaire très sympathique, accessible et joignable. On recommande mille fois sans hésitation !

Deze woning is ons 100% meegevallen. Een supermooi uitzicht met een knap zwembad. De stad Terracina is bijzonder gezellig en je kan interessante uitstappen maken naar Rome, Pompeii, Sperlonga enz. In de buurt is er ook een hoogteparcours wat zeker een aanrader is. Kortom, dit huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Wim(Belgium)

The photos on the website really don't do this modern, well designed, spotlessly clean, light and airy villa any justice - and you really have to see the views first hand to believe them. Andrea and his daughter Margherita welcomed us so warmly at the start of our stay, and were always available if we needed anything. Terracing is a great town/resort with a lovely old town, harbour and great beaches - but it is very hard to tear yourself away from the terraces, the games/gym area and the fantastic pool terrace! Our family had a really special week here, it's perfect.

Most of the time, pictures that you can see on websites are wonderful and when you visit the place, you are a little bit desappointed. For Andrea's house, it is the opposite, the view is really breathtaking and all the great comments I have read about Andrea's familly and their kindness are true. So do not hesitate to spend a few days at their home...

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with outstanding views. The welcome from Andrea and his family was excellent and we were made to feel at home. The coastal views from the property were a real highlight for us and we enjoyed many evenings on the terrace with the bbq. The swimming pool and games area mean that you can easily spend days at the villa without venturing through the gates. The pizzeria down the road is just a couple of minutes walk away which is handy. Terracina itself is a really nice town with lots of beaches and the Old Town is well worth a visit. The property is also within easy striking distance of Rome and Naples by train and Ponza by boat, which all provided good days out. Thank you Andrea for a lovely holiday. We hope to return!

We were welcomed by the lovely Louisa who prepared a supper of pasta and salad and wine, Very welcome after a long journey. Louisa explained every thing about the villa and gave us a bottle of olive oil and a jar of marmalade, both the produce of the gardens. Andrea and his lovely family visited us and made sure we had every thing we needed. We were a family of five and were celebrating my Husband's 80th birthday. He had wanted to visit Rome and Pompei, Terracina is about halfway between, about a 2 hour drive to Rome and just a little more to Pompei and Vesuvious. For other days Terracina is full of lovely shops and street cafe's, back at the villa breakfast in the sun on the terrace, a good way to start the day and BB'Q'S in the adjoining terrace a great ending to another perfect day, a glass of wine as it grows dark, watching the fireflys/gloworms flit about. The weather was good with only a couple of overcast days and a shower of rain or two. Villa Ai' Galli is on a fairly steep slope but the rustic stone steps and the the landscaping all add to the charm of this lovely holiday get away, we will be back health permitting, thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay, we wish you all the best for all you do in the future Patricia and the rest of the Barrett family
