"We stayed here for only 3 nights. Originally 4 nites but due to Independence weekends celebration there were no buses or train available from KL to Penang. So, we missed our first night stay. Staff Service is so.. so not so impressive - I’ve requested for two fresh Towel and they delivered two towels ..."
