"We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental spot. Such a sweet relief from the busyness of Gatlinburg and very near the park entrance. Very comfortable accommodations in a charming cabin with a deck and fire ring, which we appreciated. Cabin is on the mountain, and there are a few cabins nearby but no privacy issues. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we could possibly need. Hated to leave!"

"Beautiful lodge. Clean. Decorated top notch. Very comfortable furniture. Beds perfect. Mr Rob easy to teach. Everything you need to cook. The roads at night are dangerous to drive. "The cabin is quite clean. It has a beautiful side and back deck, with a hot tub that we loved! It was just right for us. We even managed the steep parking place, although loading and unloading can be tricky. But we are 2 women, age 67 & 68 and we did it. I would highly recommended it."

"The cabin was very clean. I was initially skeptical about how clean the hot tub and jacuzzi would be, but the water in the hot tub was crystal clear and had an automatic chlorine dispenser floating in the water. The water from the jacuzzi jets was clean. We loved the privacy of the screened in porch. The cabin is small, but has everything you could need including washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again."

"My boyfriend, myself and our dog had the absolute best time here!! We loved the view from the hot tub, the cozy fireplace inside for a more relaxing evening or the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs! We cannot wait to make another trip back! The boat dock is quite the walk from the cabin so if a person brought their golf cart that would be ideal. "

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
